Property owners had no centralized way to see their real estate holdings: value, equity, debt, opportunity. Their advisors had even less visibility across their full client base. Institutional-grade tools existed, but only inside the largest wealth platforms, out of reach for everyone else.
What we built
A multitenant platform pairing owners with their advisors, AI scoring across seven strategic actions, and a subscription network connecting portfolios to qualified professionals. Production-grade security from day one: rate limiting, audit logging, row-level access, no shortcuts.
