Private Lending
Custom software for private lenders, built around how your shop actually runs. Whatever you need, from broker portals to systems no one has built yet, we understand the industry and engineer exactly what fits, and you own all of it.
Private lending is never just lending
A private lender looks like one business from the outside and is really three or four stacked together: the lending itself, the capital side raising from investors, a broker channel sourcing deal flow, and servicing after close. Your loan origination and servicing platform is probably good at the loan. It was never built for the rest, so manual work stacks up around every edge of it. A fix and flip lender with a broker channel needs something completely different from a construction lender running draws or a fund manager reporting to capital partners, and what they share is that generic software rarely covers the edges, because the edges are specific to how each shop runs.
We understand the texture of this industry: brokers submitting scenarios over email and waiting on your team for pricing and status, rent rolls and operating statements retyped into underwriting models by hand, capital partner reports rebuilt in spreadsheets every cycle, maturities and insurance expirations watched on a calendar. But we also understand that your specific challenge might look nothing like those, and that's exactly the point. Whatever manual work has stacked up around your loan platform, there's almost certainly software that could handle it, if it were built for you instead of for everyone.
How we work with you
We don't come with a product to sell you, and we're not here to replace your loan platform. We come with the ability to build whatever your operation actually needs around it.
That starts with understanding your problem, the real one costing you time, risk, or headcount, not the one that happens to match a template. We figure out what you actually need, often before you've fully defined it yourself, then we design and build the system that fits it. Sometimes that's something familiar, a broker portal, a reporting engine. Sometimes it's automation no one has built before. Either way, you get software shaped around how your shop runs, not a tool that forces you to run around it. And you own all of it, the code, the data, the platform, as an asset that's yours for good.
Your shop is unique. The software you run should be too.
One example: LAMP
Here's one example of what that looks like in practice, and your own needs may look nothing like it, which is exactly how it should be.
A real estate owner came to us managing a growing portfolio across spreadsheets, with no live picture of value, equity, debt, or loan-to-value across the book. So we built LAMP, a portfolio intelligence platform that treats each property as a live financial object and keeps those numbers current automatically. It's the same class of problem private lenders live with every day: real estate-secured positions whose values, balances, and ratios go stale the moment someone stops updating a spreadsheet, and counterparties, owners, advisors, lenders, who each need to see exactly their slice and nothing more. LAMP's advisory layer handles that sharing, private by default.
That was the right build for that owner's problem. Yours is probably different, and we would build to yours.
What we build for private lenders
These are just examples, not a menu. Every shop's needs are different, so think of these as a sense of what's possible, not a list to choose from.
When you're ready to talk, we're here.
No pitch, no pressure. If you're thinking about the systems your shop runs on, we're glad to talk it through and help you figure out what's worth building.
