The problem
Verifying LLC filings across all 50 states meant calling each state office every day by hand and updating an internal ERP with whatever the operator said. The work was tedious, error-prone, and consumed hours of a real person's time, every single day.
What we built
A production voice agent that dials every state, navigates IVR menus, handles holds and live operator transfers, and writes the verified status directly into the ERP. It runs on a schedule, retries on failures, flags ambiguous responses for human review, and never picks up the phone unless someone asks it to.
